Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders may take longer to process during busy periods with high order volumes.

Returns Policy

Online purchases are treated as in-store transactions and the usual rights apply to customers. All laws apply, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, as part of our business policy. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Please see our Refund policy for more details on refunds.
